A Chrome extension reads the on-screen captions, a local server hands them over MCP, and the agent answers in a side panel while people are still talking, posts to the meeting chat, and reads screenshots of a shared screen. Transcripts and screenshots are files on your own disk; there is no hosted service and no account. Needs an MCP client attached - Claude Code is the tested one. Install with `npx meet-live-assist-server`.
